First International Ayurveda Retreat
Come to share with people from around the world the first international Ayurveda Experience. We are gathering to unify our souls and goals to enjoy the opportunity of being together in such a wonderful place.
We designed an ayurvedic program regarding food and lifestyle. So that yoga practice is included twice a day! First activating practice in the morning with mantra chanting and relaxing yin yoga before dinner.
We will enjoy some more activities like hiking, waterfall meditation, live mantra chantings, the special tantra workshop by our special guest Pau… and all types of ayurvedic treatments will be available too!

ABOUT THE MEETING…
Our purpose and commitment is always make you shine. So we truly believe that this weekend is an opportunity to enhance personal growth by focusing on ayurvedic lifestyle. Sometimes, we are invaded by work, schedules, a super busy life, duties… and we miss the quality time with others. Creating a meeting place with people around the world was always our dream that we wish to come true with you. We would like to discover a wonderful tribe who simply like the art of living better.
For this weekend we propose three different practices, increasing the intensity day by day.
On Friday we will enjoy a Yin Yoga Practice, designed to release and clear out any possible tension. Providing an intimate state of relaxation and prepare the body to have a pleasant deep rest.
On Saturday morning we will follow Hatha Yoga Series, especially conceived to stimulate, purify the internal organs, and remove all impurities! The practice will be ended with a guided Meditation.
On Sunday, the Hatha Yoga Practice will be compounded of two parts: the first one, focused on the enlightenment of your individual energy (balance, force and strength asanas). In the second part, we will invite you to continue your practice with a partner, sharing and trying a new experience. 🙂
CONSCIOUS SHARING WORKSHOP
Explore the contact with yourself and others. Learn how to express your limits and needs. The proposal aims to connect with our true self through different tools: touch, gaze, massage, free movement… Awaking your creativity to reach fun, love, confidence and awareness.
